HOT.

It's October, and the weather has been going back and forth between summer and fall. This past week the temperature climbed back up into the low 70's, and I was sweating.

Also, in our dorm building, they turned off the air conditioning and turned on the heat. We tried to set the thermostat to cool but quickly figured out that that just blew hot air through the vents. We discovered that if we turn on the heat, the fan, and set the temperature to 70, our apartment will get no hotter than 78 degrees. 78 degrees! RIDICULOUS!
(*update: Fordham figured out we all were sweating and turned back on the air until today. Thank you!)

At least it's nice outside:
On campus
Walking back to the dorms.
Studying on the 3rd floor of Lincoln Center.
Lunch view from Whole Foods in Union Square. Sushi and a chocolate chip scone with a perfect view of the Empire State Building.

This guy is arriving this afternoon:
So I'll be completely booked until Wednesday morning. And by that time I won't ever want to look at pizza again, guaranteed. And my feet will be killing me from all our city gallivanting. Thanks in advance brotha! :)
