Turkey Day Prep
Getting ready for Thanksgiving dinner in Campbell:
Stuffing, corn, small cornish hen, brownies, and Martinelli's. CHECK.
I originally was going to just buy a turkey breast or even just an already cooked chicken for dinner. However, when I was wandering the meat aisle of Morton Williams yesterday afternoon, I spied a small bird next to the 12 pounders. She's 1.48 lbs, cost less than $4, and has cooking instructions on the back. I couldn't not give this is a try! We'll see how it goes.
